Waluigi for Smash Bros. 5 "Ultimate"

Wouldn't it be cool if Waluigi was playable in Super Smash Bros. 5 (A.K.A Smash Ultimate)? well, from what we've gathered, Nintendo is going to move the idea to the trash bin unless.....
Waluigi is already in all these other games offered by Nintendo (Mario Kart, Mario Party, etc.), so why not put Waluigi in Smash? I know there are other games Not offered by Nintendo (Smash Bros. Crusade, Smash on Scratch) and these are to name a few. We had our brains going and thought "why not add a poll for the famed character?" so on this site and another site (listed later), you will be able to submit your answer (even though it WON'T happen) until Smash 5 comes out. VOTE ON!
